UniCrimp 2500 B
Crimping machine With 25 tons of compression force, the UniCrimp 2500 B is ideal for special uses. For example hexagonal forming of metal tube terminal ends is possible for cables with a nominal cross-section up to 50 mm2 (AWG 0). With the appropriate accessories, banded terminals can also be processed the UniCrimp 2500 B can be used as a bench-top machine for semi-automatic processing. The UniCrimp 2500 B is userfriendly and can be equipped with a crimp force monitoring option.
Function
The crimping process is triggered by a two-handed trigger mechanism or by a foot pedal. For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 2500 B is equipped with a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved backwards and forwards slowly, to facilitate visual checking.
