Crimp Applicator The HeavyCrimper crimp applicators are designed for use on the UniCrimp 500 A /500 T / 1100 T and 2500 T series crimp machines for cross sections ranging from16 – 50 mm2 (5 – 1/0 AWG).The HeavyCrimper PS and PR are for use with side and end feed, banded terminals.The terminal strip feeding is actuated by an integrated pneumatic valve. The Heavy-Crimper XL is used for loose-piece crimping applications.
On all versions, crimpheight can be adjusted in 0.02 mm (0.0008”) increments.The HeavyCrimper PR and PS require a standard 3-point clamping base and T-rammounting system. The HeavyCrimper XL requires a 2-point clamping base and T-rammounting system.
