UniCrimp 500 A
Crimping Station for CrimpCenter With 5 tons of crimping force, the UniCrimp 500 A processes wire cross-sections up to 16 mm2 (5 AWG). With the proper crimp applicator, this machine can be integrated on the CrimpCenter 64 HD automatic cut, strip, and terminate machine. Both side- or rear feed banded terminals can be used. The UniCrimp 500 A is user-friendly and can be equipped with a crimp force monitoring option.
Function
The crimping process is triggered by the CrimpCenter. For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 500 A is equipped with a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved backwards and forwards slowly, to facilitate visual checking.
