UniCrimp 500 B
Crimping Machine With 5 tons of crimping force, the UniCrimp 500 B processes cable cross-sections up to 16 mm2 (AWG 6). With the proper crimp applicator it can be used as a bench-top machine for semi-automatic processing of both side or or rear feed banded terminals. The UniCrimp 500 B is user-friendly and can be equipped with a crimp force monitoring option.
Function
The crimping process is triggered by a foot pedal. For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 500 B is equipped with a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved backwards and forwards slowly, to facilitate visual checking.
